JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Administrative Agent, you will play a key role in client relations, being the first point of contact and responsible for directing them to the appropriate internal resource. You will communicate in both French and English, orally and in writing.

Your mission: Respond to clients and refer them to the right resource within the company. You will also be part of the administrative team, contributing to invoice validation and processing customer payments. More specifically:

Client Request Management

  • Answer client calls and emails, and transfer them to the appropriate person if needed
  • Prepare deposits and record transactions in the accounting system (ERP) daily
  • Participating in various special projects

Transaction Monitoring and Control

  • Validate invoices on a daily basis
  • Reconcile deposits
  • Follow up on accounts receivable

Organizations and Collaboration

  • Update and meticulously file client records
  • Scan and file various documents
  • Handle mail-related tasks, draft letters, prepare office supply orders, etc.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks related to sales, finance & accounting, and other needs

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in secretarial, or accounting, or experience in a similar position
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingualism (understanding and ability to interact in French and English, both orally and in writing) to thrive in a bilingual environment
