For achieving a bush hammering finish and a surface appearance that reveals regular dots on the material, either to texture the surface or to make it non-slip. Use by percussion while moving slowly. A wheel is mounted on a clevis via 2 retaining springs, on a bush hammer holder called a "handle" with a cone connection (in the Rotary Bush Hammer system).
