For creating channels in the underside of counter tops to accommodate stainless steel reinforcing rods at sink and cooktop cutouts.
The blade was created with diamonds grits and matrix best for all categories of granite, including hard red granites, to assure a long cutting life. At a 3” diameter, the blade allows for ease of use and better leverage when cutting ¼” deep channels, by allowing for better positioning of the saw’s handle. The ¼” thick segments provide the perfect size to accommodate the stainless steel rods.
If you employ the use of reinforcing rods in your granite fabrication, attach this unique blade to our Aws-110 or Aws-125 for a smooth, dust free operation. Used in this manner, productivity in your shop will increase significantly. While we recommend wet cutting, this blade may be used wet or dry.
